POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. As a Client Service Representative, you will be actively involved in supporting the service of investment, annuity and insurance products, while interacting directly with our clients. Responsibilities include meeting preparation, maintaining our client relationship management database, providing required forms, and following through to ensure processes are completed. The position also includes tasks such as account opening, general business processing and day-to-day operations responsibilities.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for delivering superior client service and be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. You are detail oriented with proven organizational skills, able to work independently and can easily multi-task. You will be expected to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly professional while communicating with clients by phone or in-person, and with other members of the team. An ideal candidate is always looking for ways to assist the team and take on new tasks that may arise as the business changes.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day operations.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Meeting preparation.
  • Collect relevant information and documentation to set up new accounts.
  • Process required paperwork for investment transactions; interact with broker-dealer and vendors.
  • Respond to client inquiries.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service.
  • Maintain and manage client database (CRM).
  • Maintain files in accordance with compliance and record retention policies.
  • Provide compliance and marketing support.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience in the financial industry or in an administrative role.
  • Associate degree or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Highly detail oriented.
  • Driven to deliver superior client service.
  • Ability to multi-task with high degree of accuracy and prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrate high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly ethical team player; desire to work in small team environment.
  • Ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Series 6 or 7 and 66 (or 63/65) preferred but not required.
