Title: Client Executive

Reports To: Director of Sales

Status: Full-time

Classification: Exempt

SUMMARY

The Client Executive is responsible for meeting / exceeding annual target margins that include: client growth in revenue from existing clients, new client growth and current client satisfaction. Also focus on identifying new opportunities that will include software and hardware, OS upgrades, and other services like managed services and cloud offerings. The Client Executive will perform all responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage all opportunities effectively and work in productive partnership with Inside Sales staff
  • Take ownership for all opportunities and responsibility for client satisfaction
  • Work with Inside Sales staff to evaluate profitability of every opportunity
  • Work with Inside Sales staff to compete all necessary vendor/partner registration requirements
  • Identify client opportunities and effectively utilize proper Huber & Associates staff resources
  • Coordinate with Technical Services Team to effectively solicit their input
  • Work to prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) to completion and secure client approval
  • Take responsibility for presentation of proposals to clients
  • Review monthly margin report for accuracy
  • Use Company CRM for effective management of all opportunities
  • Use Company Sales Systems as a repository for quotes and proposals
  • Secure all required credit applications for new clients prior to finalizing any Purchase Order
  • Review all configurations and check all pricing and discounting before presentation to client
  • Work with Inside Sales staff to identify appropriate Technical Services Team resources that should be engaged when client proposal is accepted
  • Take responsibility for client services agreements and expiration dates for renewals
  • Secure and maintain all information needed for vendor certifications and registrations
  • Maintain education and certifications as required for the needs of the business
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with vendor partners to leverage resources appropriately
