What you do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of member relationships through personalized, holistic advice
  • Deliver holistic financial advice across investments, lending, protection, and everyday banking
  • Proactively identify opportunities and manage your pipeline through ongoing outreach
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to support complex financial needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation while meeting compliance and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative Advice Centre environment

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, including 1+ year in an advisory role
  • Experience with mortgage lending and mutual funds
  • Mutual Funds licence (required)
  • Strong financial acumen and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with technology
  • A genuine passion for helping members succeed

Compensation

  • Prospera offers a total compensation package of base salary plus incentives that are market competitive and reviewed annually.
  • The salary for this role is $54,000 to $67,500.00. The final offer will be based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
