Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
Conduct regular client business reviews to assess satisfaction, identify gaps, and suggest technology improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Develop account plans aligned with client goals and GAM Tech's strategic offerings.
Drive renewals and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Monitor account health metrics and proactively resolve client concerns.
Coordinate with the Service Delivery team to ensure seamless communication and escalation handling.
Stay current on industry trends, cybersecurity developments, and MSP best practices.


Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Success within an MSP or IT services environment.
Proven success in managing multiple client relationships with a consultative, customer-first approach.
Strong understanding of IT service delivery models, managed services, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and business opportunities.
Experience with CRM and PSA systems (HubSpot, HaloPSA, or similar).
A proactive attitude, accountability for results, and genuine care for client outcomes.
