Client Relations Specialist

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to work with clients, patients, and caregivers to monitor program participants' ability to manage their care and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality of program participants
  • Complete consumer admissions/intakes as directed
  • Ensure client services are authorized and communicated to clients and caregivers
  • Manage referrals and maintain communication with clients and Case Managers
  • Provide timely updates to Case Managers and internal teams
  • Assist with time reporting issues and operational support
  • Notify leadership and payor sources of concerns, including fraud or misuse
  • Complete quarterly customer service calls and attend service planning meetings
  • Maintain accurate consumer records
  • Support Field Support Team with onboarding and compliance tracking

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred
  • English language proficiency required
