Summary
The Client Relations Manager has a pivotal role responsible for client relationship management, operational leadership, business development, and financial oversight. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring retention within a high-growth business. This is a working manager position covering catering, events, facilities, security, and operational tasks. Position start time is between 6:30am and 7:30am. Managing a team of up to 25 employees across one or more client sites, the Client Relations Manager brings extensive experience in delivering compelling solutions for clients. Additionally, this role provides thought leadership on strategy, trends, and best practices. Reporting to the Client Relations Director, the Client Relations Manager is accountable for day-to-day client operations, targets, and metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, managing requests, inquiries, and daily operational needs
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and client-ready environment at all times
  • Participate in leadership discussions, providing updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures to support efficient service delivery
  • Monitor performance metrics and service levels, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain and update operational documentation and playbooks
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service delivery
  • Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure a high standard of appearance and functionality
  • Address concerns and service requests promptly, ensuring resolution and follow-up
  • Oversee meeting and conference room operations, including setup, coordination, and space management
  • Monitor room usage and ensure spaces are properly maintained and ready for use
  • Support mail and print services as needed, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables
  • Lead, develop, and manage team performance, providing coaching and feedback
  • Support hiring, training, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams to address employee-related matters and support retention
  • Participate in training and development to strengthen leadership and operational performance

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in office services, hospitality, workplace operations, facilities management, or a related operational leadership environment.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience managing teams in a corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Experience overseeing multi-site operations strongly preferred.
  • Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • Proven experience leading operational improvements, implementing processes, and driving efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change, navigate ambiguity, and lead effectively under pressure.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to establish credibility across all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workplace technology platforms.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $70k annually. Actual compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
