We accelerate and enhance decision-making for investors and business leaders by unearthing unique expert insights across multiple sectors, geographies, and topics.
For nearly 20 years, we've helped clients access knowledge on demand from experts, in-person and through our Library covering over 65,000 companies.
What will you do?
As the Expert Relations Associate reporting into the Expert Relations Manager, you will take the lead on owning relationships with our highest value experts, identifying pain points and delivering innovative solutions to drive change. You will manage a large and dynamic portfolio of expert relationships, working to deepen each one over time and ensure every expert feels genuinely valued in their partnership with Third Bridge.

  • Engage confidently and authentically with a broad range of experts and stakeholders across industries, seniority levels, and backgrounds.
  • Conduct in-depth feedback sessions and intelligence gathering to continuously improve the expert experience.
  • Suggest and drive innovative and creative solutions for problems faced by our experts.
  • Manage your portfolio with a high degree of autonomy and self-sufficiency, taking personal ownership and pride over the quality of every expert relationship.
  • Handle compliance situations with professionalism and sound judgement, maintaining the highest standards of integrity in all expert interactions.
  • Work effectively under pressure, maintaining strong responsiveness to client deadlines and time-sensitive requests without compromising relationship quality.
  • Evolve our best practices for onboarding experts.
  • Gain industry-based knowledge relevant to our highest value experts.
  • Proactively research opportunities for expert engagement and identify trends that could enhance these engagements.
  • Keep expert profiles updated and ensure information is accurate and current.
  • Identify and recruit specialists for use across Third Bridge, while working with the Expert Relations Manager to develop and utilise proactive initiatives.
What you will bring
We are seeking applicants who have:
  • Experience in client/relationship management or financial services research preferred
  • Previous experience working with a high volume of clients or contacts simultaneously is preferable
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - naturally warm, personable, and able to build rapport quickly with senior industry executives and a wide variety of professionals
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with an acute awareness of client deadlines
  • A self-starter mentality - highly self-sufficient, with a strong sense of ownership and personal pride over the quality of your work
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of frequent change; someone who is energised by a team that moves quickly and implements new ideas rapidly
  • Comfort navigating compliance-related matters with professionalism and sound judgement
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and creative problem solving
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, keen to be part of a growing part of the business
  • An eye for innovation, thinking on a global scale across all Third Bridge business units
