Position Title: Relationship Associate 2

Business Unit: WM - FNIS

Reports to: Varies Based on Assignment

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for assisting the assigned Financial Advisors with the objective of maximizing the FA's time spend in client facing business opportunities. The CSR2 provides an enhanced level of support in line with their experience, licensing and securities registration. The CSR2 partners with their assigned FAs in the development and execution of the FAs business practice model designed to (1) provide the highest quality of service to every client and (2) maintain consistent, pro-active client contact.

Primary Responsibilities:

Reviews documentation for new account and existing account servicing transactions for completeness and accuracy. Submits documentation for processing and sales review. Maintains appropriate records required for all transactions. Initiates Redtail Workflow to follow through to confirm all elements of a transaction are successfully implemented in a timely manner.

Interacts independently with customers regarding service issues and provides advice and follow up within the scope of authority, licensing and registration, and abilities to resolve account maintenance and service issues. May independently take and enter unsolicited trade order instructions from clients within their scope of authority, licensing and registration, and abilities.

Assists Financial Advisor(s) with development and coordination of business plan elements. Responsible for the execution of proactive, consistent client contact process to increase client retention. The SA also uses the contact process and other resources to independently data mine the book for opportunities with existing clients for expansion of wallet share and increase client retention.

Maintains their own set of compliance-required files. Completes all required continuing education such as Bank, Broker/Dealer and State Insurance Department on time to keep all licenses and registrations current.

Regularly reviews appropriate reporting systems (Items for Attention, Submitted Business, Pinpoint, etc.) to identify transaction and account processing issues and other service related items. Independently determines if items can be cleared without FA involvement.

Enters branch revenue crediting based on information received from the FA. At FA(s) direction, responsible for initiating and monitoring the movement of funds through the FNB IS Settlement account to fund investments in a timely manner. At FA(s) discretion, may assist with updating branch referrals.

Creates and maintains client files and records. CSR is responsible for administration of the FA's Redtail records to ensure client information, segmentation ratings and branch assignments are current.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
