We are seeking a highly motivated Advisor Marketing & Content Associate to support a Private Wealth Management (PWM) team focused on delivering differentiated, high quality client experiences. This role is ideal for a strong writer and organized marketer who enjoys translating complex financial ideas into clear, compelling, and compliant content that helps advisors deepen relationships and grow their business.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial services, a passion for storytelling, and a desire to partner closely with advisors to elevate their brand, voice, and outreach. This individual will play a hands on role in developing written content, supporting digital and event based marketing initiatives, and ensuring all materials align with UBS brand and regulatory standards.
Your team
You'll be working as part of a Private Wealth team that serves high net worth and ultra high net worth business owners and families. The team delivers customized wealth management strategies, investment solutions, and planning services tailored to complex client needs, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, long term relationships, and disciplined portfolio management.
Your expertise
Client Relationship Support
• Act as a day to day partner to Client Advisors / Relationship Managers in servicing new and existing client relationships
• Support proactive outreach, follow ups, and client needs resolution
• Help maintain strong, long term client relationships through consistent, high quality service
Marketing Support
• Partner with advisors to develop and execute marketing strategies that support business development, client engagement, and relationship growth
• Write, edit, and refine content for client facing communications, including thought leadership pieces, newsletters, event invitations, presentations, and website content
• Translate complex financial, investment, and planning concepts into clear, client friendly messaging
• Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns
• Collaborate with internal partners (marketing, compliance, and operations) to ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and in alignment with UBS policies
• Maintain a strong understanding of the financial services landscape, industry trends, and competitive positioning
• Track marketing initiatives and assist with reporting and analysis to measure effectiveness
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for marketing initiatives as needed
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to UBS branding, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
Client Lifecycle & Administration
• Support end to end client lifecycle activities, including onboarding, documentation, and ongoing updates
• Assist with sensitive client management tasks such as documentation reviews, data maintenance, and internal system updates
• Coordinate internal processes so client requests are handled efficiently and accurately
Collaboration & Coordination
• Work closely with internal specialists and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions for clients
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships across teams to support both existing clients and new opportunities
• Enable effective handoffs between relationship, product, and specialist teams
Opportunity & Service Support
• Assist with client book reviews and identification of service or business opportunities
• Support preparation for client meetings, reviews, and service interactions
• Contribute to service excellence initiatives and ongoing client engagement tracking
