iSAM Funds is an alternative asset manager specialising in systematic investing. Each strategy is unique, provides a specialist quantitative approach and is designed to deliver highly diversifying absolute returns for institutional portfolios.

About the Role:

The role exists to strengthen the Firm's client relations capabilities within the Funds business. Reporting to the Head of Client Relations, the position plays a key role in delivering high-quality reporting and transparency to current investors, and ensuring the Firm presents professionally and consistently to its institutional client base. The role requires a motivated self-starter with strong client service instincts and a deep interest in institutional investor expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day client relationship duties, helping coordinate daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality service.
  • Support the preparation, updating and quality control of marketing and investor reporting materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with Firm standards. Help track and log materials for compliance purposes and maintain updated versions in the firms CRM system.
  • Assist in facilitating the monthly fund dealing process by coordinating documentation, communicating with the Fund Administrator, and ensuring subscription and redemption information is accurate and delivered on time.
  • Support the collection and maintenance of investor information, helping update contact lists and the distribution databases to ensure accurate communication and outreach efforts.
  • Build an understanding of the quantitative hedge fund landscape, including investor preferences, market trends, competitive dynamics and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience within Financial Services.
  • Degree educated in a relevant field from a reputable university.
