Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Small Business Enterprise specializing in IT Consulting and Staffing Solutions. They are seeking a Program Manager with extensive experience in the P&C Insurance Industry to lead complex transformation programs and collaborate with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Project charter and Project Management documentation.
• Experience of driving Steering committee meetings and meetings with other stakeholders
• Experience of collaborating with Client and other vendors on preparing and executing an integrated program plan
• Prepare risks and dependencies mitigation strategy and track action items for multiple parties
• Experience of working and managing deliverables in an onshore: offshore model
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years' experience as Program manager for a large and complex transformation or an implementation program for an insurance carrier
• 10+ years of experience in P&C Insurance Industry and experience in Policy/Quote functionality is desirable
• Preparation of Project charter and Project Management documentation.
• Experience of driving Steering committee meetings and meetings with other stakeholders
• Experience of collaborating with Client and other vendors on preparing and executing an integrated program plan
• Prepare risks and dependencies mitigation strategy and track action items for multiple parties
