**About the Role**As Strategic Client Partner at Uber Health, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our Strategic Enterprise customers in the US and ensure their success and growth. You will help customers achieve business value and get the most out of their investment and drive increased value, retention, customer satisfaction and ultimately expansion. At the end of the day, your goal is to retain and grow Strategic Accounts to increase annual recurring revenue.In this position, you'll work closely with current customers and your Strategic Account Executive to deeply understand your customers' unique challenges and goals. You will act as a subject matter expert to consult with clients about the Uber Health and Uber for Business platforms to create solutions that will help them reach their goals for their organization. You will own the day to day execution of the client success strategy that the Strategic Account Executive and you establish

You will identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision makers within the executive teams of our customers, along with internal partners and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Uber for Business solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.We're looking for a self starter who forms strong relationships, assesses opportunities, develops and implements informed solutions and delivers measurable results. Have a deep understanding of the way your customers operate, and the priorities that drive decisions from day to day contacts through C-level leadership. Uncover business initiatives and challenges to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business, build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions.**What the Candidate Will Do:**- Lead end-to-end project management across the account, including implementation of our platform and ongoing coordination of cross-functional workstreams, while programmatically launching growth efforts by identifying and delivering value for our customers.- Liaise between internal teams (FinOps, Support, Tech, Compliance, Operations, etc) to solve customer issues in a timely fashion.- Produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of performance, aggregate feedback, and share findings that will be the foundation of this growing team for long-term sustained success.- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews to assess the health and satisfaction of the customer, their needs, achievements and metrics for success and present in partnership with the Strategic AE.- Partner with your respective Strategic AE to grow and proliferate the Uber Health & Uber for Business Platform across multiple lines of business, products and services for current customers.- Develop a strong understanding of the client that includes their business drivers and strategies, competitive position in the marketplace, industry trends, key strategic partner relationships, as well as key executives and decision-makers- Act as an advocate for customers, internally conveying their customer-specific needs across the organization to ensure proper alignment and prioritization of resources.**Basic Qualifications:**- 4+ years successfully managing complex or enterprise B2B accounts with a proven track record of being able to manage to goals, targets or sales metrics- 4+ years in Account Management or Customer Success, successfully developing and implementing comprehensive account plans and collaborating with Account Executives, Business Support, Finance, Compliance and other internal stakeholders, etc.- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills across multiple levels of an organization- High level of organization, project management and analytical capability, with experience using data, Salesforce, and Excel to inform strategy and track performance**Preferred Qualifications:**- Enterprise client experience within healthcare- Strong analytical capability with experience using data to inform recommendations and working across multiple internal and external stakeholders (Finance,- Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and drive product adoption through consultative selling- Experience operating effectively in a fast-paced environment- Experience partnering with and presenting to senior leaders- Experience working in a fast paced environment with a GoGetIt attitudeFor Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$86,000 per year - USD$95,500 per year.For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$95,500 per year - USD$106,250 per year.For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$95,500 per year - USD$106,250 per year.For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$95,500 per year - USD$106,250 per year.For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp.
