Job Description

The Client Solutions Consultant II serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day program needs, leads the delivery of new programs from RFP through commercial launch, and maintains the ongoing health of assigned OEM client programs. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, this role is the lynchpin for program momentum - proactively identifying issues, risks, and opportunities before they escalate, and driving resolution through influence and collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Program Leadership - You are the primary driver of program health and client success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day program needs across assigned EVBS client(s).
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across all levels of your client organizations - from day-to-day contacts to executives - as well as with internal engineers and operational teams.
  • Responsible for all operational, business, and finance aspects of the program; ensure optimal delivery via regular reporting and engagement with the team to identify improvement opportunities that drive efficiency, safety, and quality.
  • Serve as the lynchpin for program momentum - actively remove blockers, drive issue resolution, and lead through influence to keep all workstreams moving forward.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure program timelines, change requests, and client expectations are aligned and clearly communicated.
  • Communicate proactively with client(s) on production recommendations, risks, challenges, and solutions.
  • Lead regular status/update meetings with client(s) and internal teams, ensuring thorough communication with all stakeholders at all stages of the engagement.
  • Proactively monitor program health to surface emerging risks, operational gaps, and concerns to clients, internal stakeholders, and leadership as appropriate - bringing forward recommended actions, not just observations.
  • Surface operational issues and growth opportunities within assigned accounts and bring forward recommendations.
  • Communication - You are the voice of the program.
  • Regularly communicate progress, issues, risks, and action items to management and the project team.
  • Develop and maintain program artifacts including schedules, RAID logs, process flows, meeting minutes, status presentations, and updates.
  • Anticipate and identify risks before they materialize; develop mitigation plans and contingencies, and enable the project team to execute against them.
  • Escalate issues promptly and appropriately when resolution is beyond the program level.
  • Take corrective action, including influencing the project team, to improve the RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status of the project where necessary.
  • Project Implementation & Launch - You ensure projects launch efficiently, effectively, and on schedule.
  • Manage and drive all activities and artifacts from RFP/RFI through delivery and warranty phase in accordance with the EVBS Implementation Framework; some work may continue long after commercial Go-Live.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan covering all launch activities, which may include project kickoff workshops, technical discovery, schedule and SOW development, procurement, facility and operational readiness, production trial runs, and PPAP/Launch.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define, sequence, and estimate activities; translate into comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure engagement throughout the project, as well as efficient handoff during transition to business as usual.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities effectively.
  • Some travel between regional sites and/or to client locations.
  • Other duties as needed or required.
