Job Description
Our client is seeking a Client Partner to expand their Data and AI services and solutions to increase revenue and deepen relationships within an assigned portfolio of Financial Services accounts. This role is ideal for a consultative, relationship-driven seller who excels at account planning, executive alignment, retention, and expansion, while partnering tightly with delivery teams to ensure long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and expand opportunities across new and existing AI, Data Management, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data modernization initiatives
  • Build multi-year account plans including whitespace analysis, relationship maps, and growth plays within assigned BFSI accounts
  • Develop trusted executive relationships with senior AI, Data, Technology, and Business leaders
  • Collaborate with delivery leaders to ensure customer outcomes and high satisfaction
  • Manage escalations professionally and protect client relationships
  • Support commercial strategy: pricing, renewals, scope management, SOW extensions
  • Maintain pipeline forecasting and account documentation in CRM

Requirements
  • 7-10 years' experience in client-facing roles within technology or software organizations
  • Demonstrated success in account growth, renewals, and Data/AI expansion for financial services
  • Skilled at positioning AI-driven solutions (Agentic AI, AI Agent) for banking, financial services, and insurance
  • Experience selling Cloud Data Lakes, Data Fabrics, data governance, or Master Data Management to financial services
  • Strong executive presence, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable with enterprise processes: procurement, vendor management, and governance

Technical Fluency
  • Knowledge of Data Management and/or AI solutions from Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica, Reltio
  • Knowledge of ML, Agentic AI, AI Agent solutions and the use of these across business, operations, and technology organizations across the banking and financial services industry
