Job Description
The Class Actions & Proxy Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, strategic direction, and risk oversight of the Class Action and Proxy Services teams within Global Asset Servicing. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of shareholder proxy voting, class action litigation recovery services, entitlement reconciliation, and client asset servicing activities while maintaining a strong control environment and delivering exceptional client service. The manager leads a team of operations professionals, drives operational excellence initiatives, partners with technology and product teams on platform enhancements and conversions, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation. Additionally, the role serves as a key liaison with internal business partners, vendors, and external service providers to support regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and long-term business growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in trust and securities operational functions
- Three to five years of management experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of trust and securities operational functions, systems, procedures, products and services
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Securities Services business lines and clients
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent supervisory and management skills, including a well-developed knowledge of human resources
- Ability to manage multiple, unrelated tasks
- Additional one to three years experience managing Managers preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
