Position Summary:
The Client Investment Administrator supports investment team client-related administrative responsibilities. This person will exhibit strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills. This person will collaborate with investment team members and other internal and external partners to successfully address a variety of routine and ad-hoc client needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with investment team members in all aspects of client administrative needs as it relates to the investment team responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the team on a regular basis to receive and communicate information on all aspects of a client relationship or portfolio.
  • Gather information, prepare, and review routine recurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) investment reporting
  • Review client cash requests. Working with the PM and RM, determine accounts in which to raise funds
  • Research, gather information, prepare, and review ad-hoc client investment reporting inquiries/requests
  • Review client accounts based on client investment guidelines to identify issues.
  • Gather information, prepare, and review client meeting investment presentations
  • Participate in projects to identify and implement investment client service process efficiencies and improvements
  • Research tax costs issues and works with the team or SEI to correct discrepancies and verify adjustments on client accounts.
  • Manage client investment objective letters proactively for Portfolio Advisors such that they are updated before expiring.
  • Prepare client presentations and ensures all portfolio materials are ready for clients' meetings.
  • Attend investment team committee and sub-committee meetings
  • Ensure that accounts have proper documentation and/or coding for existing or new clients (i.e., non-guidance holdings, concentration holdings, IPS forms, address changes, statement addresses, investment guidelines, fees, etc.).
  • Exemplify the business unit's and Company's commitment to achieving our vision and embodying the core values of CNB.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-6 years of client service and/or investment operations experience and/or training in the financial services industry and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge and prior experience of financial services/client service, investment management, and operations systems, Microsoft Excel and research databases

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced/post-graduate financial services, investment management and/or relevant systems coursework and certifications a plus.

  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail is imperative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners
  • Learn and work with systems to obtain and process large amounts of data
  • Apply critical analysis to large amounts of data
  • Effectively present information to internal and external partners

The prospective range of pay we will offer to a successful applicant to this position is $51,600.00-$75,700.00, which represents a good faith estimate of what we expect to offer at the time of posting based on the role's responsibilities, level and location. Actual starting salary will be determined by the Bank in the Bank's discretion, and shall depend on the applicant's experience, skills, education, certifications, as well as other relevant business conditions. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
