We are hiring a Client Representative (Onsite) to manage client operations, workforce coordination, and daily communication at the client location. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth staffing, onboarding, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client communication and staffing needs
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams
  • Handle onboarding, attendance, and employee relations
  • Maintain reports and ensure compliance
  • Oversee and manage PPE equipment at the client site
  • Work closely with the client on shift changes and contractor work hours
