The Operations Manager, Plasma Strategy is the primary liaison between Plasma Operations and external clients, responsible for translating client requirements into operational execution, driving performance improvement, and enabling data-driven decision making across the network.

This role plays a key part in building operational scorecards, improving end-to-end performance, and ensuring alignment across operations, transportation, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the single point of contact for client-facing operational performance and issue resolution

  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable operational priorities

  • Lead recurring performance reviews, scorecards, and business updates

  • Communicate performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Operational Performance

  • Own and track KPIs across service, cost, quality, and reliability

  • Identify performance gaps and lead root cause analysis

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvements

  • Ensure alignment with client expectations and service commitments

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across plasma operations

  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies

  • Facilitate process mapping, Kaizen events, and workflow optimization

  • Track and report operational and financial impact of initiatives

Transportation & Network Coordination

  • Partner with transportation teams on routing, network design, and carrier performance

  • Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost, and utilization

  • Support planning, exception management, and variability reduction

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain operational dashboards and scorecards

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting

  • Provide actionable insights to drive decisions

  • Support ad hoc analysis tied to client and operational needs

Priority will be given to candidates who reside in the Erlanger, KY metropolitan area.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Typically 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or continuous improvement roles

Critical Skills (Must Have):

  • Experience serving as aclient-facing or cross-functional liaisonwith strong stakeholder management skills

  • Provencontinuous improvement and problem-solving experience(Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)

  • Demonstrated ability toanalyze data and drive measurable operational improvements

  • Strongcommunication skills, including executive-level reporting and storytelling

  • Ability to work independently in across-functional, fast-paced environment

  • Stronganalytical mindsetwith structured problem-solving approach


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or Kaizen experience

  • Experience inplasma operations, healthcare logistics, or regulated environments

  • Proficiency inPower BI and/or Tableau

  • Working knowledge ofSQL and advanced Excel

  • Experience buildingoperational scorecards and dashboards

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capability


Work Environment:

  • Hybrid role based in Erlanger, KY (3 days onsite)

  • Occasional travel to distribution centers

  • Work across office, warehouse, and transportation environments
