Overview
As a Project Manager AKA Client Operations Manager at Saatchi & Saatchi, you will oversee large-scale process and project initiatives from kickoff through delivery, keeping teams aligned and timelines on track. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of project management and/or account executive experience in an ad agency, with experience leading work across digital, video, social, print, large-scale website maintenance, applications, and digital products. Proficiency in AI-enabled project management is also encouraged.
Responsibilities
  • Managing projects or campaigns from brief through delivery by driving team decision-making and ensuring key internal touchpoints and communications occur across Creative, Media, Strategy, Data Science, Analytics and Production.

  • Consistent oversight of and adherence to agency processes, efficiencies and resource documentation with the goal to keep process and templates rather consistent.

  • Facilitating internal discussions designed to foster collaboration across departments, as well as accomplishing key campaign tasks including scope & resource planning, monitoring workback calendars and schedules, definition around creative deliverables, project assignment summaries, and creative kick-offs

  • Setting internal reviews and dissemination of internal notes, especially to ensure all teams are up-to-speed rapidly, is also a critical part of the role.

  • Applies AI within structured project workflows to accelerate planning, coordination, and execution - balancing speed with strong judgment, governance, and accountability across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following background and capabilities:
  • 4 - 6 years of project or client/account management experience in an ad agency managing projects across multiple media, including digital, video, social, print, large-scale website maintenance, application, or digital product initiatives. Previous vehicle or similar scale client experience preferred.

  • Extensive and simultaneous management of multidisciplinary efforts from project brief through delivery, including oversight of scheduling, resourcing, workflow, and partnership with production.

  • Mentorship of team member knowledge and capabilities with a focus on ensuring direct reports are following correct processes.

  • Understand and articulate business reasons behind agency processes and best practices

  • Apply AI tools within project management and client-services workflows, with the ability to evaluate outputs, refine inputs/prompts, and maintain appropriate human oversight across all stages of delivery.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, Acrobat Professional, Smartsheet, and project management tools, with demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Firefly) to support workflow efficiency, coordination, and delivery.

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $89,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
