Job description

About Dishmi Capital

Dishmi Capital is a SEC Registered Investment Adviser firm specializing in tax alpha and alternative investments. Founded in 2025 by two industry veterans, the firm leverages deep experience across institutional asset management, venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds, and aims to deliver exceptional after-tax returns for its partners. As our firm scales, we are looking to add an Operations Associate to help build out and strengthen our operational infrastructure to support continued growth.

Role Description

The Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational workflows, client servicing, account onboarding, documentation management, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. The Operations Associate will work closely with the firm's leadership to manage day-to-day operational workflows, strengthen our processes across custodial platforms and investment management partners, as well as help build out operational processes and systems within the firm. Given our size, the role offers unusually broad exposure - you'll see how a modern RIA and alternative investment firm runs from the ground up, with the opportunity to grow your scope as the firm grows. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced markets-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in asset & wealth management, with prior experience in RIA operations a plus

• Hands-on experience with custodial platforms including Fidelity Wealthscape and Schwab Advisor Center strongly preferred

• Knowledge and prior experience with equities, fixed income, options, and futures; interest in hedge funds, venture capital, derivatives, and other alternative investments

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy and precision

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfort working directly with clients

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - this role involves frequent interaction with colleagues across the firm

• A builder's mindset and comfort operating in a small, fast-growing, high-visibility environment

Compensation & Growth

• Base salary: $75,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience

• Performance-based bonus

• For exceptional performers: a potential path to partnership, carry participation, and equity ownership

We're a small team by design - which means your work here is seen, your judgment matters, and

your scope grows as fast as you do. Joining early gives you the chance to help shape how our firm

operates for years to come. Interested candidates should reach out directly or submit their resume to lillian@dishmicap.com.
