Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth team coordination.
  • Drive catering, wedding, and banquet sales by proactively generating leads, building relationships with venues and vendors, and following up on inquiries.
  • Prepare customized catering proposals, event menus, contracts, and quotations for prospective clients.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, venue walkthroughs, networking events, and industry functions with professionalism and confidence.
  • Manage the owner’s calendar, correspondence, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen, service, and event teams to ensure flawless execution of catered events and banquet functions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
  • Track sales performance, maintain lead pipelines, and provide regular reports on catering and event revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in hospitality management, catering sales, event planning, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in generating wedding, banquet, and corporate event business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across operations, sales, and executive support functions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred for client meetings, site visits, and business-related errands.
