About the Role / Position Summary
The Fund Operations Intern supports day-to-day fund operations, investor support, client deliverables, documentation, and project management activities across FEG Curio Investment Partners. This role is designed to assist the Fund Operations team with a focus on supporting responsibilities related to Curio Select Investors, fund administration workflows, investor onboarding, and operational process improvement.

What You’ll Do / Position Responsibilities
Fund Operations, Client, and Reporting Support
Support the Fund Operations team with recurring administrative, documentation, and reporting workflows related to Curio Select Investors, including:
  • Assist with investor subscription, AML/KYC, onboarding, and related documentation
  • Help organize investor files, subscription materials, approvals, notices, reconciliations, and supporting records
  • Track operational items, deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables across internal teams, fund administrators, and third-party service providers
  • Support preparation of client, investor, administrator, and meeting materials
  • Help organize financial reporting materials, including capital account statements, valuation materials, manager reporting, NAV workpapers, and reconciliation summaries
  • Maintain workflow trackers, checklists, shared files, SharePoint folders, and other documentation repositories
FEG Managed Portfolios and Project Support
Assist with FEG Managed Portfolios, team projects, and process improvement initiatives, including:
  • Support updates to FEG Managed Portfolios materials, model information, and related implementation files
  • Help prepare monthly performance and risk updates, portfolio analytics, sales team talking points, and internal presentation materials
  • Assist with data maintenance for DDQs, RFIs, fact sheets, marketing collateral, and other advisor-facing materials
  • Help gather and organize supporting documentation for GIPS, composite, and compliance review processes
  • Maintain project lists, task trackers, deliverable calendars, and recurring workflow documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support timely completion of recurring deliverables and process improvement projects
What We Require / Minimum Qualifications
  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, operations, data analytics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in financial services, investment operations, private funds, or alternative investments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Availability to work 40 hours / week during the 2026 Fall Semester (August 2026 – December 2026)
