Client Services & Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and service-focused Client Services & Administrative Coordinator to support leadership, manage client relationships, coordinate events, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and can balance multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming communications.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM systems.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, follow-up activities, and relationship-building communications.
  • Plan and support client events, company meetings, seminars, and special functions.
  • Assist with office operations, supply management, reporting, and special projects.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative, executive support, client services, or office coordination experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and client-facing support preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
