Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the flow of materials and equipment through our warehouse. This role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient order processing, and a clean, safe, well-organized warehouse environment. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you're someone who takes pride in doing things the right way and keeping operations running smoothly, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify product accuracy, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
  • Identify and resolve inventory inaccuracies and report any damages promptly.
  • Stock inventory in correct warehouse locations with precision and organization.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for courier pickup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
  • Clean, organize, and maintain warehouse spaces to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Manage spoilage and disposal processes in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong productivity levels.
  • Perform additional warehouse tasks and support other operational needs as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds.
  • Proficiency operating pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization.
  • Professionalism, tact, and courtesy when working with vendors, couriers, and teammates.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and contribute toward solutions.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to proper equipment and warehouse procedures.
