What will you be doing?
In this role, you will support a leading client within Circana's Protein Vertical and strengthen Circana's partnership by delivering insights that drive business decisions and growth. Working closely with client stakeholders, you will uncover opportunities, solve business challenges, and provide data-driven recommendations that create measurable impact.
You will partner with client leadership, sales, brand marketing, category management, and trade marketing teams to understand business objectives and translate complex data into actionable insights. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to connect data, consumer behavior, and market trends to business outcomes.
You will leverage syndicated and point-of-sale (POS) data, household purchase behavior, advanced analytics, business reviews, and custom research to develop recommendations and support client deliverables. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise, attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
This is a hybrid role based in Springdale, AR. Regular on-site presence is required to support client and team collaboration.
Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and interpret syndicated, POS, shopper, and business performance data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Develop fact-based insights and recommendations aligned to client business objectives.
  • Identify business issues and opportunities and recommend the appropriate analytical approach while leveraging Circana tools and platforms, including UNIFY.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, business implications, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leveraging syndicated data, point-of-sale (POS) data, shopper insights, analytics, category management, or related disciplines to drive business decision-making
  • Experience working with syndicated data platforms (Circana, NIQ, NielsenIQ, IRI) and translating data into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment or supporting CPG clients through syndicated and retail performance data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate insights from syndicated, shopper, and business performance data to inform decision-making
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills with the ability to connect insights to business opportunities
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced client environment
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and process management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with client and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to engage clients in a consultative manner and guide business discussions through data-driven insights

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Springdale, AR. Regular on-site presence is required to support client and team collaboration.
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $88,000 - $113,000 USD. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
