The Client Service Executive fosters strong client and retailer relationships to ensure seamless communication and execution across internal departments. This role identifies growth opportunities within accounts, manages or supports the sales process within program guidelines, and oversees project deliverables to ensure timely completion. The Client Service Executive also anticipates and resolves issues, supports internal teams, and delegates tasks while coaching junior team members to ensure high-quality results.

The Company services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics, and home centers. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective client and retailer relations to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments, ensuring successful achievement of deliverables.
