Job Description
The Media Trust is seeking a seasoned Sr. Client Services Manager to lead consultative digital trust and safety solutions adoption to expand client partnerships, maximize client value, and drive high retention rates. The Sr. CSM will be a trusted problem solver, business advisor, and relationship growth advocate for a diverse portfolio of digital advertising clients, including: Adtech Platforms (DSPs/SSPs), publishers, agencies, and commerce media companies. They will recommend, implement and optimize digital safety solutions that protect consumers and secure client brand and revenue operations from digital threats, compliance issues, data leakage, and adverse user experience.
The CSM position is at the heart of TMT's business, providing a unique link between commercial, analytical, and product functions. The CSM will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Malware Analysts to translate complex security capabilities into value-driven solutions that align with client business goals and protect end consumers.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the client's trusted advisor and problem solver on digital trust, safety, and ad-tech solutions to drive retention, lifetime value, and growth, by influencing strategy through growth-minded consultative selling, solution mapping, and optimizing TMT offerings.
  • Subject-matter expert on TMT's products for clients and prospects, partnering with Sales to close opportunities while ensuring timely, successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities by delivering measurable value through data-driven insights.
  • Foster long-term client relationships through proactive weekly strategic and operational consultations, culminating in formal business reviews and presentations.
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use data to tell a compelling story by defining success metrics and translating complex analytics into clear business outcomes for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Forecast and manage an account portfolio, assessing financial gains, risks, and optimization actions to maximize portfolio health.
  • Assist with contract renewal strategy, analysis, and new pricing proposals.
  • Advocate for client needs with Product, informing roadmaps and strengthening market differentiation.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of AdTech dynamics (SSPs, DSPs, publishers, commerce media) and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.

Qualifications
  • 5-10 years total experience in a client-facing role
  • Understanding and knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and advise clients at different functional and/or hierarchical levels.
  • Self-starter with the proven ability to engage customers and find solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and solving problems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, develop and present actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success in creatively addressing client problems and proactively finding solutions to problems before clients are aware.
