As the Vice President of Client Success, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and nurturing client relationships, driving strategic growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the Moore enterprise. Your Impact:

  • Lead strategic account management for multiple nonprofit clients, aligning marketing and fundraising strategies with their organizational goals.
  • Champion client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and serve as the escalation point for high-impact issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative, integrated marketing solutions that drive measurable results.
  • Oversee the execution of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance across all deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to clients and Moore leadership.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning within your team.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Ensure team proficiency in planning, reporting, and data analysis tools to support strategic decision-making.

Your Profile:

  • 8-10 years of agency experience, with at least 5 years in direct marketing fundraising.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven success in managing and scaling client accounts, with a strong track record of client satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of direct marketing and omnichannel campaign strategies.
  • Skilled in interpreting data and generating insights to inform strategy.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage executive-level stakeholders.
