  • Stay current on emerging HR technology, recruitment marketing, AI, and talent acquisition trends to provide thought leadership to clients.

Recruitment Marketing & Campaign Performance

  • Partner with internal specialists to launch, monitor, and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across programmatic, search, social, and emerging channels.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend strategies that improve hiring performance, efficiency, and candidate quality.
  • Support Google, Meta, and other digital platform implementations while ensuring accurate measurement and reporting.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand the client's relationship through additional platform capabilities, AI solutions, analytics, media channels, optimization strategies, and consulting services.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to develop strategic account plans that drive long-term client success and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to annual business planning, hiring strategy discussions, and executive recommendations.
