Job Description:
This job is responsible for executing the operational efficiency of the market, execution of strategic initiatives and ensuring the Private Bank client experience. Key responsibilities include driving risk management and oversight, implementing and monitoring processes for the market, serving as the liaison to business partners, and sourcing, managing, and developing associates. Job expectations include an understanding of enterprise tools, resources and partners to deliver timely data and demonstrating professional and technical skills to build, manage and develop high functioning teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures a client centric culture, resolves all service issues, and sets client satisfaction expectations for the team by training, coaching, and establishing service standards
- Understands and implements the market business plan by establishing appropriate strategies to drive market growth, and delivers on enterprise mandates and initiatives
- Develops, trains, and shapes associates for advancement into other roles, supports the development of future leaders while establishing service and quality expectations
- Acts as the liaison for the market to other business leaders and partners by ensuring the market is delivering on enterprise initiatives and is aligned to the organization as a whole
- Collaborates with local leadership to ensure adherence to risk management policies and standards as well as budgeting and financial oversight
- Encourages associates to identify, debate and escalate issues, and establishes and models appropriate risk mitigation procedures

Required Qualifications:
- Well versed in Private Bank capabilities and solutions, industry service practices and trends and online/mobile environment
- Thorough knowledge of Private Bank/fiduciary client and risk/oversight functions and products
- Deep understanding of business strategy
- Synthesizes information effectively to create compelling presentations/documents (strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities)
- Collaborates effectively with peers and partners
- Strong skill set in negotiation, influencing and conflict management
- Experienced with both quantitative and qualitative analysis; ability to leverage data to inform sound judgment and business decisions
- Client-centric mindset; looks at all sides of an issue with the client's lens at the forefront
