Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Executive | Client Service Manager
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 plus comprehensive health benefits
Location: Austin, TX
Job Summary: As a Commercial Lines Account Executive or Client Relationship Manager in our dynamic insurance team, you'll act as a primary agent for Producer assigned accounts. This role involves both servicing and solicitation activities. You'll manage a mid-market book of business and lead a dedicated service team, ensuring high-quality client management and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage client services and maintain relationships with minimal oversight from Producers.
  • Direct a service team to manage a mid-market book of business effectively.
  • Participating in interviews and responding to RFPs.
  • Analyze and present renewal options to clients, selling renewal business and additional coverage lines.
  • Promote various services offered by our agency through tailored Producer Service Proposals.
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations on clients' existing coverage plans.
  • Select carriers for solicitation, negotiating beneficial terms and premiums.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, including benefits and claims issues.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of client coverage contracts and amendments.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with third-party vendors on behalf of clients.
  • Oversee and support a dedicated service team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in the insurance field.
  • Designations are a plus CIC, CISR, CSRM, AAI
Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Teamwork-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in planning, organization, and prioritization.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, AMS360 or Applied TAM/EPIC.
