The Client Management Team is responsible for developing long-term success with our clients by fostering meaningful relationships. As an Account Management Intern, you'll primarily support our Client Management Team in day-to-day client operations, communications, and account coordination - with occasional opportunities to assist the marketing team on select initiatives. You may be involved in creating compelling content, ensuring our marketing materials are visually appealing and effective, and meeting deadlines.

The candidate should be a motivated individual looking to work in a stimulating, fast-paced and fun atmosphere. Responsibilities will be diverse and often require personal judgment.Successful interns will develop a tremendous amount of experience in business, client communications, technology, and process automation. Internships typically last +/- 8 months.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Management Support (Primary Focus):

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks for the Client Management Team.
  • Communicate with clients, internal resources, and vendors on service tickets, proposals, updates, and more.
  • Help schedule internal resources and client meetings.
  • Help prepare client proposals.
  • Assist in coordinating client onboardings and ongoing projects.
  • Analyze service data and financial metrics to support account health and reporting.
  • Support relationship-building efforts that drive long-term client retention and satisfaction.

Occasional Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on selecting content or campaign initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, or social media posts.
  • Support marketing efforts with basic photos or visual content as requested.
