Mission Critical Construction | Data Centers

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager on behalf of one of our clients. This individual will play a critical leadership role overseeing large-scale mission‑critical construction projects while ensuring exceptional project execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

Senior Project Manager: The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary leader responsible for the successful execution of multiple construction projects from initiation through closeout.

Position Details
  • Exempt, Salaried Position (Compensation based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Additional evening/weekend work as project demands require
  • Location: Onsite daily in Bowling Green, Ohio
  • Travel: Up to 15%
Key Responsibilities Safety Leadership
  • Champion a culture of safety across all project activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety programs and client site requirements.
  • Promote proactive safety planning and accident prevention.
Project Leadership
  • Lead and mentor assigned Project Management team members.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Develop project execution strategies and oversee implementation.
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective action plans.
  • Lead by example while fostering accountability and collaboration.
Project Execution
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

Financial Management

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular project updates and executive‑level reporting.
  • Support estimating efforts, constructability reviews, and value engineering initiatives.
  • Maintain a customer‑first approach throughout project delivery.
Operational Excellence
  • Support Lean Construction initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize construction technology platforms to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost control.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures and best practices.

Qualifications Required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive construction management experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale structured cabling, technology infrastructure, or mission‑critical construction projects.
  • Experience leading multi‑million‑dollar commercial construction projects.
  • Strong financial management and project forecasting experience.
  • Experience managing project schedules and construction teams of 60+ field personnel.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and multiple project delivery methods including:
