NOTE: This is a ~24-month fixed-term role aligned to the ERP Cloud program, with potential conversion to a regular full-time role based on business needs and performance.

Your Role
The Senior Program Manager - ERP Cloud Implementation is responsible for leading a two-year ERP Cloud Implementation Program delivered through phased releases by connecting workstream-level execution to program-level outcomes and leadership decisions.

Reporting to the Director, IT Enterprise Solutions, this role leads delivery across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and external partners to migrate from the legacy ERP to a cloud ERP platform. You will translate workstream-level realities into clear priorities, trade-offs, and decisions.

The role leads Project Managers across workstreams and regions, owns the one integrated program plan (Core ERP and key dependencies, Integrations, Data, Reporting, Change & Training, Cutover & Hypercare), and is accountable for a stable go-live and adoption - connecting detailed plans, risks, and dependencies into clear priorities and actions.

Responsibilities:
Program Ownership & Governance
Own the program charter and success measure with the Director and executive sponsors
  • Run program governance (SteerCo, workstream and regional forums, decision rights, and escalation paths) to drive alignment, pace, and timely decisions
  • Manage and maintain one integrated program plan and roadmap across all workstreams, releases, and regions
  • Manage program-level scope, schedule, budget, and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions)
  • Connect cross-workstream dependencies and trade-offs to protect the program critical path and program objectives
  • Provide executive reporting that highlights implications, trade-offs, and decisions needed
  • Drive readiness for testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to run

Leading Project Managers & Integrated Delivery
Lead Project Managers across workstreams and regions; set weekly cadence, quality bar, and expectations
  • Set ways of working, leveraging standard tools (plans, RAID, status, dependency tracking, change control) so workstream updates roll up cleanly and early signals of risks and program trends are visible.
  • Run PM forums (plan reviews, risk/issue reviews, decision meetings) and drive follow-ups to closure
  • Review and challenge workstream plans; drive re-planning when needed to stay aligned to the integrated plan
  • Coach PMs and remove blockers; escalate issues early with the impact and a path forward
Integrated Planning & Execution
  • Build and maintain the one integrated program plan that connects scope, timeline, and dependencies across:
    • Core ERP configuration and rollout
    • Inter-dependent workstreams
    • Integrations (middleware, WMS, PLM, Tax, 3PLs, OMS)
    • Data migration (cleansing, mapping, mock loads, final conversion)
    • Reporting/analytics and financial/statutory outputs
    • Change, training, and communications
    • Cutover rehearsals, go-live, and hypercare
  • Track the critical path and key dependencies across workstreams, regions, and systems; surface impacts early and update plans before issues become delays
  • Set clear review gates and sign-offs to improve quality, reduce rework, and improve predictability of release outcomes

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
Serve as the day-to-day program integrator for business leaders in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial
  • Lead decisions on requirements, MVP scope, process standardization, and deployment waves by connecting inputs across functions, regions, and constraints
  • Set clear expectations on scope, timeline, capacity, and change impacts; document trade-offs and implications
  • Write and present clear updates for senior leaders (status, risks, dependencies, decisions needed), highlighting implications and recommended next steps when trade-offs are required

Change Management, Training & Adoption
Set the change and adoption approach with the Vendor/SI, HR, and Communications
  • Track who is impacted by changes (process, roles, and controls) and ensure clear owners are assigned.
  • Plan and oversee training (train-the-trainer, end-user training, job aids, and knowledge base)
  • Track readiness and adoption (testing and training participation, feedback, early issues); translate signals into corrective actions and adjust plans for go-live and hypercare

Vendor & Partner Management
  • Lead day-to-day delivery with the ERP vendor, SI, and other partners; drive clarity on scope, ownership, and timing across handoffs
  • Drive early partner engagement and alignment; confirm scope, assumptions, dependencies, and internal approvals before initiating SOWs
  • Manage vendor change control (impact assessment, decisions, and change orders)

Budget, Capacity & Financial Management
Manage the program budget (services, licenses, internal/contractor resourcing, tools, travel, contingency)
  • Forecast spend monthly; flag variances early, communicate impacts, and drive corrective actions
  • Plan capacity across teams and vendors; anticipate resourcing gaps early and drive the actions needed to maintain delivery commitments

Risk, Issue & Compliance Management
Keep one program RAID log aligned to workstream and regional logs
  • Run risk and issue reviews; identify patterns, surface what's changing, and escalate items that require leadership decisions with a clear path to closure
  • Ensure adherence to IT controls, InfoSec standards, and data privacy/regulatory requirements
  • Drive structured cutover strategy (mock cutovers, rollback, contingencies) to protect business continuity

Team Leadership & Ways of Working
Provide day-to-day leadership to internal and external program teams across functions and regions
  • Clarify roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across workstreams and partners
  • Model transparent, constructive, and structured ways of working with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Provide input to people managers on performance and development needs of key program contributors
Qualifications

  • Proven track record owning cross-functional outcomes across IT and business teams
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and large blended teams (internal, contractor, vendor)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, Inventory & Supply Planning, Distribution & Logistics
