At Isett, you will be part of a firm that delivers civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, environmental, geotechnical, and municipal engineering services, as well as surveying, landscape architecture, code enforcement, plan review, construction management, construction materials testing, and grant writing throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.


Isett’s transportation services department is looking for a Project Manager with 5 to 15 years of road and street design experience, including PennDOT approval experience, who is ready to take on meaningful projects and help guide the continued growth of the team.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to step into a leadership position where your technical expertise, project management skills, and client-focused approach will be valued. You will lead and mentor transportation engineers, manage a variety of transportation projects, and build trusted relationships with municipal, institutional, and private-sector clients. You will join Isett’s transportation services department at an exciting time of growth. This position can be based out of any of Isett’s Northeast PA offices, giving you flexibility while staying connected to a collaborative regional team.

In this position, you will help deliver a full range of transportation services for municipalities, school districts, and private-sector clients, including:

  • Traffic-calming design
  • Intersection design
  • Roadway design
  • Trail & Bikeway design
  • Right-of-way conveyance coordination
  • Existing pavement analysis
  • Construction management
  • PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitting (HOP)

Requirements:
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
