As an Implementation at Deluxe Merchant Services, the candidate will be the primary client advocate and technical bridge for the Velocity Payment System. You will drive software onboarding, support pre-sales, and manage client relationships from initial implementation through post-production. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can balance conflicting priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate seamlessly between clients and internal teams to ensure a positive client deployment experience.
Coordinate and support clients during the Velocity Payment System implementation process. Key responsibilities include: project management, product needs analysis, status tracking and management reporting. Additionally, this individual may also be required to provide support to Govolution's sales organization. Sales-related activities will include RFP review and proposal generation, product demonstration; product needs analysis, as well as solution identification.
• Manage client relationships during the software implementation process and post-production process.
• Obtain critical information from all sources to support the client implementation process.
• Manage multiple software implementation projects on an ongoing basis.
• Conduct product needs analysis for clients; identifying the best product solution to meet their business needs. Identify needs gaps and propose possible solutions.
• Address all client issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Provide status tracking on all implementations, communicating this information to senior management on an as-needed basis.
• Review Requests for Proposal (RFP) and assist the Govolution sales organization in drafting proposals.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's in related field and 0 years of experience or HS/GED and 4 years of related
• MS Office and PC-based tools
• Technical aptitude to learn and use software programs
Ability to quickly understand Go volution's suite of electronic payment products
