Project Manager

Location: Irving, TX

Work Schedule: Hybrid-2 days onsite per week

Duration: 12 months

This is a W-2 contract opportunity, and candidates must be able to work on our W-2 only. NO C2C or 1099.

Required Skills (MUST HAVE):


  • Proven experience with Workday implementation and development
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a critical transition of Talent Acquisition owned processes to Technology Business Services (TBS).

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end transition of TA activities to TBS
  • Partner closely with Technology and Recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs

In this contingent resource assignment, you may:


  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management and contribute to large-scale planning related to Project Management deliverables.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Project Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management.

Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
