Job description

The Client Service Associate (CSA) Woodforest Wealth (WW) works under general supervision, using specialized knowledge and skills obtained through experience and/or formal training to provide pro-active support to financial advisors and their clients. Established procedures and prescribed guidelines are provided to perform a variety of tasks requiring minimal evaluation, originality or ingenuity in making routine decisions. The CSA contributes to an increased generation of commission and fee revenue by maintaining and enhancing client relationships while assisting Financial Advisors with efficient, quality client service. Extensive contact with internal and external clients/customers to identify, research, and resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities:

         Client Support

         Work with clients, RJ (Raymond James) and third-party custodians to ensure optimal client account maintenance and support.

         Manage the production and processing of all client account documentation.

         Manage a client review process to ensure ongoing client meetings and continued implementation of client investment strategies.

         Formalize and manage a client onboarding process.

         Monitor branch daily alerts and take action as needed.

         Prepare and present RJ Goal Planning and Monitoring system to clients and prospects as needed.

         Maintain client reporting system to produce pertinent financial reporting for client reviews.
Branch Operations

         Process, track, troubleshoot and archive client documentation.

         Assist with answering phones, screening calls and relaying messages appropriately.

         Assist with firm audits and with maintenance of compliance files.

         Assist with branch client documentation, utilizing RJFS CRM, branch network and ACT!.

         Track retail and commercial referrals
 

Competencies Required:
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint or SharePoint).
  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  Excellent customer service skills.
  Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and leverage internal resources.
  Excellent attention to detail.
  Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups.
  Independence and self-motivation with an ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment.
  Ability to navigate client relationships and product usage.
  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
          3 years of financial services industry service experience, or an equivalent amount of experience, education, or training required.
Formal Education & Certification:
  SIE / Series 7 and 66 preferred.
Work Status:
  Full-Time.
Supervisory Responsibility:
  None.
Travel:
  0% - Negligible amount of travel expected.
Working Conditions:
  Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like files, ledgers, folders, etc.
