Job description

About

We are seeking a dynamic, personable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Experience Associate, supporting both Everwell RI and Pvolve Barrington, two complementary wellness concepts. This dual role blends hospitality, client support, operational excellence, and sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, thrives in a fast-paced boutique environment, and has a natural ability to make clients feel cared for and welcomed. This person takes pride in maintaining beautiful, clean spaces, driving sales through authentic connection, and delivering an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Everwell RI (Wellness Operations + Client Experience)

  • Welcome and check in clients for services including red light therapy, contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge), and compression therapy.
  • Maintain a pristine, spa-like environment — including sanitizing and resetting rooms between appointments quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all equipment and amenities are properly cleaned, stocked, and in working order.
  • Educate clients on session wellness protocols, benefits of services, and package options.
  • Upsell and process retail sales, wellness packages, and single sessions.
  • Track appointments, manage scheduling software, and assist with reschedules or client communications.

Pvolve Barrington (Fitness Operations + Sales Support)

  • Actively promote and sell memberships, class packages, and retail products.
  • Conduct engaging studio tours for current and prospective members, clearly articulating the Pvolve Method and community experience.
  • Support studio operations including class check-ins, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing the space for instructors and clients.
  • Manage member accounts, billing questions, and class bookings in the studio system.
  • Participate in outreach and marketing efforts: events, community partnerships, and social media engagement.
  • Assist with day-to-day opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and administrative reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with management and the team to ensure a consistent, elevated member experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Personable and polished communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to take initiative and anticipate needs without direct supervision.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong computer skills, comfortable with technology and studio management software (MarianaTek, Brandbot, or similar).
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and the Everwell + Pvolve brands

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time positions available
  • Hourly pay + potential for bonuses
  • Complimentary Pvolve membership and access to select wellness services
  • Must be able to commit to at least two shifts per week, including one Saturday morning shift (6:30 AM to 12:00 PM) and one-two morning shifts with hours ranging from 5 AM to 2 PM.

About Whole Body Wellness LLC

Whole Body Wellness LLC is the owner and operator of two complementary wellness concepts: Everwell RI, a boutique recovery and wellness studio offering services such as red light therapy, contrast therapy, and compression therapy; and Pvolve Barrington, a functional fitness studio offering group classes, personal training, and events.

This position supports both brands under the Whole Body Wellness umbrella and may be scheduled across both spaces, which operate within the same facility.

Culture & Values: At Everwell RI and Pvolve Barrington, we believe in wellness that is sustainable, empowering, and human. Our teams foster connection, prioritize integrity, and deliver exceptional care in every detail - from the way a room is reset to the way a member is greeted. • Requires close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception
  • Frequent walking and standing on hard surfaces
  • Movement, lifting or carrying of weight up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Part-time

Benefits:

  • Employee discount
