Job Overview

This role of the "Client Concierge / Sales Administrator" is to support our Agency in our efforts to elevate our Client Experience and set us apart from the Competition. Role consists of Greeting Clients that enter our facility, as well as supporting the entire team with Email monitoring and organizing, Social media management and other Sales Administrative / Admin tasks listed below

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Greet Clients that enter our Agency and prepare beverages such as specialty coffees. We offer a monthly "Seasonal" specialty which entails following easy recipes
  • Stocking Client lounge with Beverages and making popcorn daily as well as Lounge inventory control. Responsible for SWAG giveaways for Walk In Clients
  • Managing the entire teams Email accounts which entails being a delegate on 12 team members email in boxes and making sure that messages that come in are responded to within our specified time frame of 15 min. Maintaining this measurement may include responses from you as well.
  • Back up our Receptionist with Incoming Call Overflow
  • Managing and Tracking our Referral Program including the "Thank you" Courtesy Calls
  • Maintaining our Social Media Accounts and Posting Regularly
  • Assigning New Clients to their own "Personal Client Care" Advisor on a Weekly Basis which includes sending our "Welcome to the Agency" Digital Package
  • Daily Calls to Confirm all Advisors Appointments for Next Week (Face to Face and Phone Appointments)
  • Manage "Delinquent Activities" Weekly by Searching our CRM for Activities Due 7 Days or Older and Advising the proper Team Member
  • Work with Agent / Agency Marketing Specialist to develop In Book and Out of Book Marketing Lists to support Sales
Hours / Working Conditions & Compensation
  • Role is On Site at Orleans Location (260 Centrum Blvd Suite 102A Orleans)
  • $18.00 Per Hour (Increase to $20 After 6 Months)
  • Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Benefits Available if OTL License is Obtained (At Your Own Pace)
  • Licensing Costs if you Desire to Get Licensed Completely on Agency
  • Advancement Available in Future to Level 1 Advisor if You Desire
