Responsibilities

As our Client Account Manager, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding client experience by:


  • Building meaningful relationships with clients through exceptional service
  • Processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and account updates accurately and efficiently
  • Collecting required documents and information to complete policy requests
  • Reviewing client coverages to identify gaps and recommend appropriate protection
  • Cross-selling additional insurance products to better protect our clients and their families
  • Proactively reaching out to clients to strengthen relationships and improve retention
  • Assisting clients with billing questions, claims guidance, and policy servicing
  • Working closely with our team to ensure every client receives a five-star experience

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Insurance experience is preferred but not required
  • Property & Casualty license is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
