We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Client Experience Coordinator to assist clients with reservations, service requests, and ongoing coordination. This role focuses on providing clear communication, researching available options, maintaining accurate information, and creating a positive client experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Research available accommodations, transportation, activities, and services
  • Assist with reservations, confirmations, and scheduling
  • Review reservation details for accuracy
  • Provide clients with timely updates and important information
  • Assist with modifications, cancellations, and special requests
  • Maintain organized client records and documentation
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and upcoming arrangements
  • Communicate with service providers when necessary
  • Maintain professional customer service standards
