The Role

As a Senior Client Experience Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class wealth management experience for Farther advisors and clients. You'll support that exceptional client experience by flawlessly executing the financial operations required for advisor onboarding, client onboarding, ongoing requests, and any complex needs. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to continually push the boundaries of wealth management. As a member of Farther's client experience team, this is an opportunity to have a huge impact – not just on the company, but on the entire wealthtech industry.

Your Impact
  • Act as the key relationship manager for Farther advisors and clients by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels
  • Assist clients with account opening, transfers, and other ongoing tasks – while also acting as a liaison with our custodians to confirm completion of requests
  • Monitor client accounts and proactively address issues as they arise
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience function and work with the Product and Engineering teams and other team members to implement changes
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with Farther's advisors, custodians, and third-party vendors to ensure client satisfaction
The Ideal Match
  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of previous work experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with advisors and clients
  • Experience with custodial and wealth management platforms and CRM systems
  • Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Team player, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
