Job description

Client Engagement Coordinator

O'Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Engagement Coordinator to join our Houston-based Client Engagement team.

Since 1991, OSC has built its business around exceptional service and lasting relationships. That commitment extends to our employees as well. OSC has been recognized as a Houston Top Workplace for more than a decade, reflecting a culture where people, relationships and doing things the right way matter.

This is an administrative business development position for someone who enjoys bringing organization to a busy team, working with information and technology, coordinating details, and making sure important follow-up doesn't fall through the cracks.

You'll work closely with our Vice President of Client Engagement and others throughout OSC to provide the organization and administrative support behind our business development and client relationship efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate client, opportunity and pipeline information in Salesforce.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting materials and presentations that help our teams stay informed about business development activity.
  • Coordinate Client Engagement meetings, including agendas, materials, schedules and follow-up items.
  • Provide administrative support for client meetings, networking opportunities and business development activities.
  • Assist with the planning and logistics for client appreciation events, industry events and other relationship-building activities.
  • Track client engagement activities and help ensure appropriate follow-up is completed and documented.
  • Coordinate client satisfaction surveys and maintain accurate client contact information.
  • Monitor designated sources for potential business opportunities and route relevant information to the appropriate team.
  • Provide ongoing administrative and organizational support to the Vice President of Client Engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of administrative, business development support, client engagement, CRM administration, project administration or similar experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system strongly preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with data, reports, technology and recurring deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through without constant direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and comfortable interacting with employees and clients at all levels.
  • Construction, commercial real estate, architecture/engineering or professional services experience is a plus.

The Right Person for This Role

You'll probably enjoy this position if you're the person who naturally keeps things organized, notices when information is missing and follows through until something is complete.

You don't need to be a salesperson. You do need to understand that accurate information, strong organization, timely follow-up and attention to detail all contribute to creating an exceptional client experience.

Why OSC

At OSC, relationships matterโ€”with our clients, our trade partners and our employees. Our employees have consistently recognized us as a Houston Top Workplace, and we've built a culture around Customer Focus, Kindness & Respect, Clean & Safe, Urgency, and Excellence.

Our benefits include:

  • Medical, dental and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with a 5% company match and immediate vesting
  • Performance bonus program
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Training and professional development opportunities
  • A collaborative, people-focused work environment

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the organizational backbone of a team and wants to see how their work directly supports client relationships and the continued growth of the company.

If you're organized, proactive, comfortable with technology and known for getting the details right, we'd like to meet you.
