Job description


  • Provide Comprehensive Wealth Strategies: Deliver a high level of individualized, comprehensive investment and wealth strategies tailored to each clientโ€™s goals and objectives.

  • Manage Client Relationships: Anticipate client needs, resolve inquiries, and ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their financial objectives.

  • Collaborate with Investment Teams: Work closely with portfolio managers and other investment professionals to meet clientsโ€™ financial goals and leverage the full suite of Lido Advisorsโ€™ services.

  • Collaborate with Client-Service Teams: Work closely with junior team members to onboard new clients and manage existing client relationships.

  • Direct Investment Deployments: Lead the deployment of investments for new client allocations and manage portfolio rebalances.

  • Client Reviews & Reporting: Prepare and conduct regular portfolio review meetings to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Drive Business Growth: Proactively seek opportunities to increase client wallet share by identifying additional wealth management needs.

  • CRM & Engagement Tracking: Maintain and track all prospect and client engagement in the firmโ€™s CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and action on all opportunities.

  • Presentations & Business Development: Partner with Senior Wealth Advisors to deliver compelling presentations to prospects and assist in converting them into clients.

  • Referral Network Development: Build and cultivate a network of referral sources to expand business development opportunities.

  • Product & Policy Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Lido Advisorsโ€™ products and services and ensure adherence to allocation policies and best practices.


Requirements



  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • 7+ Years of experience in wealth management or a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Series 65 or equivalent required.

  • 5+ Years of Current IAR Registration preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with internal teams to achieve client and firm goals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and portfolio management tools is a plus.
