Job description

Position Overview

Elite is seeking an accomplished Global Client Director to oversee a single, high-value strategic client relationship. This role serves as the global point of accountability for all aspects of the client partnership-growth, retention, delivery excellence, and executive engagement. You will drive long-term success by aligning Elite's solutions to the client's business strategy, ensuring measurable impact and continued expansion across regions and product lines.

Work Arrangement: Remote

This role requires the individual to be based in Eastern Standard or Central Standard time zone. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary executive liaison for the client globally, ensuring trusted alignment between their strategic priorities and Elite's offerings.
  • Own the global account plan, including revenue growth, retention, renewals, and cloud migration strategy for the client.
  • Drive year-over-year expansion through proactive identification of new opportunities across business units and geographies.
  • Partner with functional leaders in Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver cohesive, high-impact outcomes for the client.
  • Manage complex commercial negotiations and renewal cycles, ensuring mutually beneficial, long-term agreements.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the client's business model, transformation goals, and technology landscape to anticipate needs and shape solution roadmaps.
  • Leverage data and CRM insights (Salesforce) to forecast revenue, track health metrics, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Elite at client sites and executive forums, reinforcing partnership value and advocacy at the C-suite level.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
  • 9-12 years of proven success in SaaS sales and account management, with a focus on high-value, strategic accounts.
  • Strong proficiency in Strong analytical skills, with experience in ROI modelling and persuasive quantitative techniques.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar global client portfolios and achieving or exceeding revenue targets in B2B technology, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted C-suite relationships and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in using CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce preferred) to drive insight and accountability.
  • Ability to travel up >50% as business needs require.
  • Role requires the following physical capacity: Moderate: 20-50 lbs - frequent lifting, bending, or standing.
