Our teams focus on delivering innovative solutions and services that power our customers' most demanding applications and enable them to extract powerful insights from data that drive true business value. 

We are seeking a Sr Client Director on a high performing sales team where you will help grow Redapt's Enterprise sales business.  As part of an entrepreneurial team in the rapidly growing tech industry, the Enterprise Sales Executive will help shape the future of Enterprise operations through on-premises, hybrid, and cloud solutions and services. 

As a Sr. Client Director, you will be responsible for driving new business by leveraging your existing client relationships and pursuing net-new opportunities across targeted enterprise accounts. You will bring an established book of businesshunt for new logos, and expand Redapt's presence across greenfield territories. By advocating the power of our end-to-end technology solutions and collaborating with our specialized practice teams, you will guide opportunities through the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery to solution design and close.

Using your business acumen and passion for technology, you will help organizations accelerate their digital transformation across infrastructure, applications, data and cybersecurity solutions. This includes identifying and qualifying opportunities around cloud expansion, data center modernization, and emerging technologies. You will also complete training in core datacenter technologies - including server, storage, networking, and software - to ensure deep alignment with Redapt's technical capabilities. 

What will you do? 

  • Drive opportunities and expand datacenter infrastructure solutions, professional services practices, and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) technologies across the U.S., while selling across a full portfolio that includes datacenter, cloud, enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and AI solutions.
  • Manage opportunities end-to-end, working concurrently across multiple deal cycles while collaborating closely with internal practice and delivery teams to meet client requirements. Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle.
  • Cultivate and advance opportunities by building a strong, self-generated pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue, and achieving strategic sales goals. Guide customers through the full portfolio of services offerings, aligning solutions to business outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly infrastructure and professional services sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering a positive and high-quality experience for customers and prospects.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships, delivering measurable results and long-term value. Proactively identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities, leveraging expertise across datacenter, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and AI to drive growth and innovation.

How to Qualify: 

  • 6+ years of sales experience and hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Preferable if your sales experience is in technology (Value Added Reseller, Integrator or Consulting).
  • 100% Hunter

Skills you Bring with you: 

  • Technology solution selling track record related to successful software implementation and application development projects is a plus. 
  • Ability, confidence, and experience communicating with C-level clients. 
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required. 
  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. 
  • Established track record of selling large-scale data, infrastructure and app development projects to enterprise customers. 

Travel: 

  • Travel typically 25% or more with minimum of 5 overnights per month.
