On behalf of our client, we are offering an opportunity to join an established group with extreme success working on local projects in the lower mainland.
Our client is well reputed and has an excellent track record in project quality and delivery.
We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial sales leader who genuinely enjoys sales, networking and can bring new ideas and market research to the team and the company.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Leads and manages the Sales team, including providing direction, motivation and training to achieve sales targets, business objectives and expand market share
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market presence
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to develop innovative sales strategies and explore new product lines
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Production, Engineering and Quality, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives and processes
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of the curve
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote brand awareness
