About the Role
The Senior Partner Development Executive sits within our Expansion AE pathway and is responsible for revenue growth driven through MSP partners. You will recruit, activate, and develop high-performing partners who introduce Inforcer to their client base. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on expansion ARR, partner-sourced pipeline creation, and co-selling alongside our AM team.
What You'll Do
  • Work with an existing book of inforcer partners to drive additional revenue growth
  • Drive partner activation and build quarterly partner business plans
  • Create partner-sourced pipeline and work closely with AMs to co-sell opportunities
  • Develop relationships with MSP principals, sales leaders, and technical leaders
  • Deliver enablement sessions to increase partner pitch readiness
  • Track and report on partner health, activation, and sourced revenue
  • Represent Inforcer at MSP industry events, trade shows, and local meetups
  • Maintain accurate forecasting of partner-sourced pipeline

What You Bring
  • 3-5+ years in SaaS sales, partner development, channel sales, or MSP-focused roles
  • Strong knowledge of MSPs, PSAs, RMMs, cybersecurity, or IT operations
  • Proven success generating revenue through partner networks or expansion motions
  • Strong presentation, relationship-building, and commercial skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive consistent pipeline creation
