Wipro Technologies-USA invites applications for the role of Senior Sales Executive within our Business Process Services (BPS) segment, focused on expanding our footprint in the telecom/telecommunications equipment manufacturers sectors. This role demands a seasoned professional with a profound expertise in the BPO industry, ideally with more than 15 years of experience, who is passionate about driving client engagement and business growth. As a key member of our team, the Business Development Executive will forge strategic client relationships across global markets, facilitate collaboration between cross‑functional teams, and pioneer innovative solutions tailored to evolving client needs.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain long‑term strategic partnerships with client stakeholders through regular interaction, trust‑building, and by delivering value‑driven solutions tailored to client‑specific challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal delivery teams to align client expectations with operational deliverables, ensuring superior service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Lead the generation and management of a robust pipeline of potential clients and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, employing strategic networking and comprehensive market analysis techniques.
  • Conduct detailed market and competitive landscape analyses to inform customized proposals and presentations to senior leaders and C‑suite executives, articulating how Wipro BPS offerings can drive efficiency and innovation.

  • A minimum of 15 years of hands‑on experience in the BPO and BPS industry, with exposure spanning critical operational domains such as trust and safety, e‑commerce processes, finance and accounting, supply chain management, procurement, human resources, and contact center management.
