COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE COMPANY OVERVIEW Our client is a leader in the commercial and industrial HVAC contracting business with multiple offices located throughout North Carolina. They are seeking a New Business Development Executive for their Raleigh office. Qualified candidates must maintain the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, as well as strong communication and client service skills. WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT? Bachelor's degree preferred. 3 years' business-to-business sales experience required in the HVAC or related industry. Ability to deliver presentations, using Microsoft PowerPoint, to executive and upper-level management decision-makers. Attention to detail; able to articulate ROI and financial justification-based decisions.

Work independently with time management and organizational skills. Experience selling to decision makers at industrial and/or commercial buildings a plus Adaptability; dependability; flexibility; integrity. ROLE As a New Business Development Executive, you will market the company to new and existing clients and provide financial solutions for reducing a building's cost of operations. Follow a proven sales process for new account development that begins with a marketing plan, building a client list, and setting your own appointments.

Conduct business-to-business meetings with new clients to qualify and identify their needs. Meet and exceed weekly qualifier goals. Meet and exceed monthly quote plan. Meet and exceed monthly sales plan in Preventive Maintenance and Full Coverage agreements. Provide service-driven solutions to new clients. Maintain and report activities in detail using a CRM platform. Follow the company's sales process, including the development of marketing plans and customer prospect lists.

Attend weekly par meetings and reports on activities in detail. COMPENSATION & LOCATION This position will be based out of Raleigh, NC. This is a full-time position that is available for immediate hire. A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that will include a base salary, aggressive commission plan, monthly auto allowance, and comprehensive benefits. Relocation assistance is available.
