Peachtree Hills Place is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Home Care Director (Administrator) to lead the launch and growth of our new Private Home Care division.

This is a unique opportunity to build a program from the ground up while serving one of Atlanta's premier Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs).   • Position Summary

    The Home Care Director (Administrator) is responsible for the overall management, operation, growth, and regulatory compliance of Peachtree Hills Place's Private Home Care agency. This role serves as the designated Administrator in accordance with Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) regulations and is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant home care services while building a strong, engaged team.

    Essential Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Operations
  • Lead the daytoday operations of the Private Home Care agency.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop caregivers and office staff.
  • Build a highperforming team while establishing operational best practices.
  • Ensure adequate staffing coverage to meet client needs.
  • Foster a culture focused on compassion, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with campus leadership to grow the Private Home Care program.
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Serve as the designated Administrator required by Georgia DCH/HFR.
  • Maintain compliance with all Georgia Private Home Care Provider regulations.
  • Maintain agency licensure, policies, procedures, and required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with:
  • Criminal background screenings
  • TB screening requirements
  • Caregiver training and competency requirements
  • Client rights and confidentiality standards
  • Serve as the primary contact during state surveys and inspections.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Client Care & Quality
  • Oversee client intake, assessments, care planning, and service delivery.
  • Ensure services are delivered according to each client's approved plan of care.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns and service issues.
  • Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
  • Promote outstanding client satisfaction and quality outcomes.
  • Administrative Responsibilities
  • Maintain personnel, client, and operational records.
  • Track training, certifications, and renewal requirements.
  • Coordinate associate orientation and onboarding.
  • Verify payroll accuracy and support billing processes.
  • Respond to referrals and service inquiries while promoting Private Home Care services.
  • Build relationships with members, families, physicians, case managers, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Participate in an oncall rotation as assigned.
  • Work weekends as needed to support operational requirements.

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of leadership, supervisory, or administrative experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Georgia Private Home Care Provider regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage staff, operations, compliance, and service delivery.
